How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days and priority shipping 3–7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $10.00. Orders of $200 or more (after discounts) ship free with priority shipping.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
What is shipping protection?
An optional $5.00 add-on at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace or refund it. Read the full details.

Can I return a wig?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and the lace is uncut. You can try it on briefly over a wig cap. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
What's the difference between a lace front and a glueless wig?
A lace front wig has a sheer lace panel along the hairline for a natural-looking front, and is usually secured with adhesive or tape. A glueless wig is designed to stay put with combs and an adjustable band, so you can wear it without adhesive.
Clip-ins or tape-ins?
Clip-ins go in and come out in minutes, so they suit occasional wear. Tape-ins lie flatter and stay in for weeks, and are usually applied by a stylist.
How do I choose a length?
Lengths are measured straight, from the top of the wig or weft to the ends. Curly and wavy textures look a little shorter once the curl settles. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help you pick.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of placing it. If it hasn't been processed yet, we'll update or cancel it.
