These terms govern your use of ramptresses.com and any purchase you make from Ramp Tresses, a business operated by Ramp Enterprises LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We work to show our products, colors and lengths as accurately as possible. Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural variation in hair texture and color can occur.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is due when you place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Orders

Your order confirmation email confirms we received your order. It isn't acceptance of the order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable quantities or contain a pricing or typographical error. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only during their stated promotion period, are limited to one code per order, can't be combined with other offers, have no cash value and can't be applied to past orders. Our Halloween code BOO15 gives 15% off the order subtotal and expires on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time.

Shipping, returns and shipping protection

Shipping and shipping protection are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site, including text, images, video, logos and design, belongs to Ramp Enterprises LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Disclaimer

Products are intended for cosmetic use. If you have a sensitive scalp or skin, test any adhesive or product on a small area first. Except as stated in our policies, the site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramp Enterprises LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ramp Enterprises LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Colorado.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
